    Client: Commodore Victor "Steelclad" Thorne - A stern and unwavering government officer known for his strict adherence to the principles of justice, even if it means making morally ambiguous choices.

    Background: The execution plaza in Loguetown, known for its grim history as the place where Gol D. Roger met his fate, serves as a constant reminder of the challenges and sacrifices in the world of piracy. Commodore Victor "Steelclad" Thorne has initiated a government-sanctioned ceremony known as the "Hero Memorial" to honor the fallen heroes of the government's fight against piracy. This solemn event is also an opportunity for Thorne to assert the government's dominance and gather crucial intelligence on any remaining pirate sympathizers.

    Enemies: Pirate Sympathizers - Despite the government's control, Loguetown still harbors some pirate sympathizers who oppose the Hero Memorial. They are determined to disrupt the ceremony and maintain their allegiance to the pirate way of life.

    Objective: Solo or government marine unit must ensure the successful execution of the Hero Memorial ceremony in the execution plaza of Loguetown. This includes guarding the ceremony from pirate sympathizers and maintaining the government's presence and authority.

    Directions:

    • Create a topic in the execution plaza of Loguetown, where Commodore Thorne announces the Hero Memorial ceremony.
    • Prepare for the ceremony, ensuring the safety of government officials, attendees, and the symbolic Execution Platform.
    • Guard the ceremony against any pirate sympathizers who may attempt to disrupt it.
    • Maintain the government's presence and authority during the event.
    • Deal with pirate sympathizers and their attempts to sabotage the ceremony.
    • Successfully conclude the Hero Memorial, demonstrating the government's control and resolve.
    • Return to Commodore Thorne and report on the completion of the mission.
    • Receive the client's beli reward and the gratitude of the government.
