    Client: Captain Marcus Silverwing - With the knowledge gained from the previous expeditions to Kumogakure, Captain Silverwing has become convinced that the unity of Skypiea's diverse cultures is the key to the future.

    Background: Kumogakure, with its unique cultural heritage, has the potential to serve as a symbol of unity for all of Skypiea. Captain Silverwing believes that by showcasing the rich Shandia culture and their harmonious coexistence with other sky dwellers, Skypiea can overcome its divisions.

    Enemies:
    1. Sky Pirates - A group of rogue sky pirates who see the unity of Skypiea as a threat to their lawless ways. Led by Captain Bloodclaw, they seek to disrupt the upcoming unity event.
    2. Dark Storm Shamans - A mysterious group of Shandia shamans who oppose the idea of sharing their culture with outsiders. They are led by High Shaman Shadowfeather and are willing to use ancient dark rituals to thwart the unity event.

    Objective: Your mission is twofold: prepare for and safeguard the Unity Festival in Kumogakure. Ensure that the event runs smoothly and that Skypiea's diverse cultures are celebrated together.

    Directions:
    • Create a topic in Kumogakure.
    • Meet with Captain Silverwing and the leaders of Kumogakure to discuss the Unity Festival.
    • Assist in preparations for the festival, including decorating, setting up stages, and organizing cultural displays.
    • Ensure security measures are in place to prevent any disruptions.
    • Investigate and thwart the plans of the Sky Pirates and Dark Storm Shamans to disrupt the event.
    • During the festival, participate in cultural exchanges, performances, and celebrations.
    • Maintain respect for the Shandia culture and their sacred sites.
    • After the successful completion of the festival, report back to Captain Silverwing.
    • Receive the client's beli reward.
