    Name: Gura Gura no Mi
    Description: The Gura Gura no Mi is a formidable Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that grants its user the extraordinary ability to generate powerful vibrations and quakes, effectively turning the user into a Tremor Human. This fruit's power enables the user to create seismic shockwaves that can reshape landscapes, shatter structures, and wreak havoc on their surroundings.

    Restrictions:
      Similar to all Devil Fruit users, the user becomes entirely immobile when submerged underwater. Even partial submersion will result in the loss of control over their powers.


    Passives:
    • Unstoppable Tremors: Skills created with the Gura Gura no Mi cannot be blocked and will damage everything in their path.
    • Immediate Activation: The user can employ their Gura Gura skills in their first post in topics and at any distance.
    • Charged Quakes: Gura Gura skills can be charged for one post to have no range limit within the topic.

      Duration: Instant
      Effect: With the Tsunami Quake skill, the user unleashes a cataclysmic earthquake that generates a devastating tsunami, threatening to engulf and drown the entire current topic. Temporarily, even the island itself begins to flip. The tsunami's landfall can only be avoided by specific abilities or countermeasures (ex: Hie Hie no Mi, ships).
