    Description: The Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix is a remarkable Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that imparts its user with the extraordinary ability to seamlessly transform into a phoenix, and a formidable phoenix-human hybrid, at will. This captivating fruit endows its possessor with the power to assume the majestic form of a large phoenix enveloped in vibrant blue flames.

    Restrictions:
    • Despite its incredible powers, the user shares the common weakness of Devil Fruit users, rendering them immobile when submerged underwater. Even partial submersion deprives them of control over their passives and powers.


    Passives:
    • In addition to their intrinsic powers, the user possesses the unique ability to split or share their own healing with others by invoking the skill cost.
    • The user harnesses the power to conjure solid flames that possess concussive force without causing burns.

      Effect: The user invokes the Phoenix Rebirth, enabling them to undergo either a half-hybrid or full transformation while sustaining the form. This transformation endows the user with a multitude of abilities:

        - Healing: The user heals at an impressive S-rank rate per post, swiftly recovering from injuries and restoring vitality.
       
        - Self-Buff: The user receives an A-rank enhancement to all of their stats.
       
        - Sharp Talons: The user's transformed states equips them with razor-sharp talons, enabling them to deliver devastating melee attacks.

        - Phoenix Transformation: Each time the skill is initiated after cooldown, the user is healed from all injuries at an extra cost of 500 stamina. The user can choose whether to be fully transformed each post, during which they cannot deal damage but also cannot be harmed. Fully transforming incurs an additional 500 stamina cost per post.
