    Name: Mera Mera no Mi
    Description: The Mera Mera no Mi, a formidable Logia-type Devil Fruit, bestows its user with the extraordinary ability to not only command but also embody the essence of fire itself. This blazing fruit empowers its possessor to conjure, manipulate, and become living flames, elevating them to the rank of a Fire Human. Among its many powers, the user can create scorching infernos, control raging conflagrations, and even transform their very form into an unstoppable firestorm.

    Restrictions:
    • While impervious to normal attacks, Logia users are disqualified from claiming fight rewards when invulnerable.
    • Submerging in water renders the user immobile, with control over passives and powers vanishing when half-submerged (a crucial vulnerability).
    • Notably, magma can nullify the intangibility of the Mera Mera no Mi, subjecting the user to searing burns and complete vulnerability. Attacks from magma cannot be phased through, and inflicted damage remains, akin to a regular person's body.


    Passives:
    • Normal attacks are ineffectual against the Logia body, passing harmlessly through it.
    • Mera Mera attacks possess the unique ability to neutralize other Logia attacks of equal rank, overriding modifiers, with the exception of the Magma Magma Fruit.
    • Exertion by a Mera Mera no Mi user can alter the weather, ushering in a heat-based climate while suppressing certain weather effects.

In a blazing spectacle, they hurl the fiery orb toward their target with devastating force. Upon impact, the fireball erupts into an inferno, consuming the vicinity in a scorching conflagration, incinerating all in its path. This skill requires precision, as it cannot auto-hit and necessitates mastery over the searing flames. The attack cannot be blocked and will damage everything in it's path.
