Underground Banking The Underground Bank is widely recognized and utilized across the seas.  No specific prerequisites to access Underground Banking. Transfers are unlimited, but a character can only receive or send up to 2,500,000 beli monthly. The least amount one can transfer is 500,000 beli. |
