For the Government, the objective is to quell the rising mob activity and restore order to Alabasta. They aim to collaborate with local law enforcement and launch a crackdown on the criminal organizations, with the goal of protecting the kingdom's citizens and maintaining the delicate balance of power. On the other hand, Pirate crews view this situation as an opportunity to forge alliances with the mob and harness their influence for their own gain.
