    Background: Captain Salty Jack has a monopoly on seafood distribution in Water 7, and he has crushed any attempts at competition. His control over the seafood trade has led to skyrocketing prices and scarcity for the common people. Frustration and anger are growing in the city, and it's clear that something needs to be done to break his stranglehold.

    Enemies: Salty Jack's Enforcers - A group of loyal and ruthless pirates who serve as Captain Salty Jack's personal enforcers. They are known for their brutality and are willing to do whatever it takes to protect their captain's interests.

    Objective: Your objective is to disrupt Captain Salty Jack's seafood distribution network and provide relief to the people of Water 7. This will involve intercepting and redistributing seafood shipments meant for Salty Jack's clientele.

    Directions:

    • Create a topic in Dock 1, the renowned shipbuilding area of Water 7.
    • Receive instructions from Captain Salty Jack on the seafood delivery routes and schedules.
    • Intercept the seafood shipments intended for Salty Jack's elite customers, which often include high-ranking government officials and wealthy individuals.
    • Ensure the intercepted seafood reaches the common people of Water 7, who have been suffering due to high prices and scarcity.
